Residents

How Do I Put in a Service Request?

To request maintenance, simply log into your account on our platform and submit a service request detailing the issue. Our team will promptly respond and address your request and provide updates on the progress. Please be patient and understand that maintenance repairs can take time. We also need your cooperation with scheduling in order to get the work completed timely so that you can get back to enjoying your home.  

Please note: If the issue is due to resident damage, you will be made aware and charged accordingly.

How Do I Pay My Rent?

Paying rent is convenient and easy with COCO Realty & Management. You can securely pay your rent online through our platform using various payment methods such as credit/debit cards or bank transfers. We also offer automatic payment options for added convenience. Please log into your portal to make your payment. 

How Do I Register For The Portal?

If you are the lease holder for your property, you can sign up for an account using the signup option given to you at the time of signing your lease. If you need further help, please use the contact button to send a message to the property manager. 

Applicants

What is the process for leasing a property?

Leasing a property with us is simple. Start by browsing our available listings to find a property that suits your needs. Once you've selected a property, contact our team to schedule a viewing and begin the application process. We'll guide you through the necessary steps and paperwork to secure your new rental.

What Areas Does COCO Currently Serve?

At the moment, COCO Realty & Management only service the Treasure Coast, which includes Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Vero Beach and Fort Pierce.

Are Pets Allowed?

Pets are allowed at some properties but varies based on the owners discretion. There are certain breeds which we do not accept due to liability cause. Properties maybe subject to a pet weight limit. All dogs are to remain on a leash when outside the home. No dogs are to be kept outside and dogs must be house broken. 

Please contact us for which dogs are restricted. 

Cats must be indoor cats only. They must be neutered or spayed and the resident must provide the appropriate cat box to maintain a clean and sanitary condition. Any birds are to be kept in their cage at all times. For any fish, the water tank cannot be over 5 gallons of water.
